My name’s Gennady, my nick is Gendalff-59. I like Scandinavian-looking style, but from time to time I make something different according to my desire or clients’ wish, I try to make something new. I forge and heat treat my knives myself. I often do metal works from ready plates, though I also learn how to forge. I prefer handles from natural materials, generally maple burl, birch knag, birchbark, horn spacers, and other interesting details. I like simple and handy trade knives that can please the eye. I also make leather goods (sheath, covers, wallet, etc.).
