I was born and raised in the city of Kimry on the Volga river. I live here 50 years. I am a self-taught master. I make knives and sheaths about 10 years already, but only one year I forge them myself. I’ve always been interested in metal works and leather sewing. Now I make knives, sheaths, hatchets. I learn molding form bronze. I do everything from my own designs and inspiration. I do not make anything by order because I don’t do it for a living. My principle is born and come in handy. And how to "give birth" by order? I know for sure that I won’t be able to do so.
My past classes and my other hobbies have nothing to do with this knives making, although my professional level in photography helps to take pictures for the show-case of a shop on Livemaster where I successfully sell my knives. But I make knives not to sell them, I would present them to everyone who likes, it’s just I need money ;)
